About MODM

MODM (pronounced ‘modem’) is a monthly event for the Online Digital Media community to socialize and talk about everything that’s new in media:

• Business models for podcasting, blogging, machinima, second life, mobile content, YouTube, MySpace, etc.
• Using new media to change the world
• The intersection of mainstream media and new media
• How to build an audience, raise funding, legals, etc.

If you produce digital media, or want to produce digital media, or want to use digital media, then this is the event for you.

MODM started as a Melbourne event in March 2007 and in 2008 will spread to Sydney, Perth and Brisbane.

MODM is a production of @TPN, the events arm of The Podcast Network, Australia’s largest private media company.
